3. Shipment Locations & Restrictions
Gift Brands Africa ships to addresses within South Africa
For International Shipping: Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours.
5. Damages and Missing Parcels
Gift Brands Africa is committed to resolving delivery issues. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at admin@giftbrands.co.za so we can file a claim with the carrier.
